Processing of Personal Data
We process your data exclusively for the performance of the agreement (booking), legal obligations and to optimise our AI services. This concerns:
- First and last name, address details and place of residence.
- Phone number, email address and IP address.
- Date of birth details (required for tickets and insurance).
Automated Processing & AI
AiReisAgent uses a proprietary AI module on our secure server to generate travel recommendations and optimise flight combinations.

Retention Period & Security
We do not retain your data longer than strictly necessary. For our records we apply the statutory retention period of 7 years. Your data is protected with modern encryption to prevent unauthorised access.

Via Google Ads we measure which ad led to a booking, so that we know which campaigns work. We do not display any ads of our own on this website.
